We live in an area where coyotes run the streets and neighborhoods daily. They enter yards and rv parks. Small dogs are routinely taken leash and all. We have a large dog and a small dog. Our rv park is next to a preserve that is home to many coyotes. From dusk to dawn we were always nervous taking Sarge out. Thanks to his new coyote vest we have ease of mind now! Sarge is feeling very confident as well!! The fit is great. The vest is lightweight. We leave the neck portion velcroed to just slip over his head. I posted this pic on our town’s Facebook page and he received many comment, questions, and likes😊.

We get inquisitive looks from people when we’re out for walks, but we explain why they’re wearing them to anyone who asks.

I ordered a Bully Vest and Bully Harness for each of my two small dogs (12.5# and 15#) for protection from raptors and coyotes while off-leash on beaches and fields. They used their new equipment recently when we were on a ten-day vacation in Port Townsend, WA, and I felt peace of mind, knowing they had the extra protection against predators. My little ball-chaser, Stella, got to chase balls on the beach to her heart’s content, and Mica got to run free and chase waves! They got a lot of attention from other beach walkers who assumed their Bully Vests and harnesses were purely for making a fashion statement. So far so good. I feel more at ease letting my dog walk with us near our side off leash around the cabin. I like the bell that came with the vest. My dog doesn’t seem bothered by the vest. I ordered the coyote vest and hawk shield for our 15 year old Pomeranian, Massive. We live up in Truckee and have heard many reports of coyotes taking small dogs, even while on leash! In addition to the hawks, the mountain lions were also concerning, so we wanted to find a way to keep our little girl safe from all these other animals while we were walking our local trails. The best fits perfectly on her body and is not impeding any of her movements. She has a collapsed trachea, so anything tight around her neck is problematic- but the wide band of the vest collar actually fits better than her normal halter! We are so happy with this purchase and do see it as an investment in our little dogs safety - plus she looks great!

Living in rural Pacific NW, we have a lot of wildlife. Large birds were my main concern. My little guy loves to play in the yard, and even though I have an 8 ft privacy fence, I still had the bird concern. I found CoyoteVest and loved everything! I wasn't sure what product was most appropriate for my concerns, so I called. They were so patient and explained the different products. I ordered and to be safe, I bought the $2 free returns add-on. The gear arrived and I was so impressed with the quality of everything. However, the vest was too big. I emailed CoyoteVest and they promptly replied. We emailed back and forth for a few days and they even had me send a video so they could help with the size. Their customer service is stellar! I exchanged vests and got the perfect fit. Jefe loves his vest and wasn't bothered at all when I suited him up. Although, I do put him in lots of cute outfits, so maybe he's kinda used to it. He ran and played and really enjoyed being outside alone (he didn't know I was hovering near the door lol). Can't say enough about how happy I am with the entire experience and the gear. Feel so much more comfortable letting him romp in the back yard.

I bought this vest because an Eagle flew right over myself and my 11 pound Chihuahua. It scare me so much that I went on-line looking for some type of vest to protect him. The CoyoteCollar is the 3rd item I’ve purchased so I’m clearly a fan of Coyote Vest Company! I like having a variety of products to choose from based on the occasion:
- The CoyoteCollar will be used at times when I’d like Bella to wear a pretty harness (such as dinner out). It was easy to adjust to fit her neck.
- We use the Bully Harness most often on multiple daily walks. We live in a Gated community and know most of the dogs, but I feel at ease knowing Bella has the important neck protection in the event a dog ‘turns’ on her. It was easy to adjust to fit Bellas head and also easy to put on & off.
- The CoyoteVest offers the ultimate in protection and gives me the best confidence. We use it on evening walks (sunset/dusk) when coyotes are more frequently sighted in our neighborhood. It’s also super easy to put on and adjust. Plus I love the Texas Tan color on Bella! I don’t have an issue with the back slipping side to side, but I use a light leash. My husband uses a K9 leash with heavy hardware and said it sometimes slips.

Good quality and easy to adjust the size! My Yorkie was attacked in January by 3 big dogs and he was lucky. The thick winter jacket saved his life but he ended up with a hole in his neck, that thanks God it wasn't fatal. This is the reason I got the collar to protect his neck!

I recently purchased a home in the Conejo Valley of Southern California where coyotes pose a significant threat to smaller pets both in residential areas and the surrounding open space. Not wanting to be deterred from hiking with my fifteen-pound terrier mix, I was anxious to find something that would afford a measure of protection on the trail. A friend of mine told me about the Coyote Vest, and after looking at the description and photos on the company’s website, I ordered one. The vest arrived very quickly and fit my dog perfectly. Adjustment of the vest and installation of the quills was very straightforward using the provided instructions, and my dog adapted immediately to wearing it. Most significantly, the peace of mind it provides when hiking cannot be overstated. Whereas earlier hikes without the vest were stressful due to my dog’s vulnerability, I can now relax and enjoy the environment knowing he has significant protection from attack. Thank you for a great product that has allowed my furry companion and me to enjoy the outdoors more fully!

Great. I now in peace of mind. Lu dog look like a punk. My friends and family are really laughing. When summer will come, I will be able to let my dog free on aour land without being scared.

The small size for my Westie is perfect even though her measurement is 14 inches.

CoyoteVest products are great! I puchased a Spikevest for our dog, Cooper, soon after we moved to San Diego county this last Dec. I also purchased Coyote Wiskers and, most recently, a light Dazzler to add to Coopers vest. The lights are a great addition when we have to take Cooper outside after dark. I have heard of so many tragic coyote attacks. These
CoyoteVest protection additions, I believe, make Cooper an un-appetizing possibility for the dozens of coyotes who roam around our property.

Comfortable live saving vest
