Return & Exchange Policy
To maintain safety and hygiene standards, all returns must meet the following criteria:

30-Day Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

"New Original Condition": Items must be unused and free of dirt, debris, and pet hair.

The "Next Furry Friend" Rule: Please use a lint brush or tape to remove fur before shipping.

Original Packaging: Returns must be shipped back in the original box to prevent transit damage.

Modifications: Items with permanent modifications (e.g., cut waist straps) are not eligible for return.

Refund & Fee Schedule

| re:do Protection | If purchased for $1.98 at checkout, your return shipping label is FREE. |
| Standard Return | If re:do was not purchased, the label cost is deducted from your refund. |
| Free Shipping Orders | The actual original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. |
| Installment Fees | ShopPay or AfterPay orders incur a 6% processing fee. |
| Damaged Items | Refunds may be reduced by up to 100% if items are returned dirty or damaged. |
The Exchange Process
Getting the right size is vital for safety. Use our RMA page for a fast exchange.

Sizing Tip: If between sizes, choose the smaller size (most returns are due to vests being too large).

Shipping: Labels are covered if $1.98 re:do protection was purchased; otherwise, the buyer covers shipping.
Payment Security & PayPal Notice
To ensure your refund is processed within 1–2 business days, please follow these rules:

Do Not Dispute: Do not report a problem in the PayPal Resolution Center. This freezes the transaction for 30–45 days.

Consequences: Customers who open premature PayPal disputes will be barred from future orders.

Shipping Address: Ensure your PayPal address is correct at checkout; we must ship to the address provided by their system.
Repackaging Instructions (For Full Refund)
Failure to follow these steps may result in a reduced refund due to damage:

Spike Removal: Remove all spikes and lay them flat in the original box.

Rolling: Lightly roll the vest from top to bottom.
-
Whiskers: Remove nylon strands from the cups; place all components in a plastic bag at the bottom of the box.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate formal cancellation requests from the original purchaser, order cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

To successfully cancel your order, you must contact us before fulfillment (before your order is packed and shipped):

Tracking Your Order Status
You will receive automated email updates as your order moves through our system. These notifications will let you know if your package is already on its way, at which point it can no longer be canceled.
